Brandon Lee Kim Leng is a senior finance and operations executive with more than 20 years of regional leadership experience across Asia-Pacific, specializing in finance transformation, operational centralization, shared services, governance enhancement, and business continuity infrastructure.

Throughout his career, Brandon has led multi-country finance and operational functions across industries including shipping, hospitality, real estate, professional services, and multinational shared services environments. His experience spans strategic finance leadership, operational restructuring, ERP implementation, automation, process governance, and regional business transformation.

Brandon has successfully:

  • implemented large-scale ERP and automation initiatives

Most recently, as Finance Director, Asia at S5 Agency World, Brandon led finance operations across multiple countries and successfully delivered more than 20% profit growth without increasing headcount. He also spearheaded the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP across nine countries within six months while driving automation, centralized reporting, and operational efficiency initiatives.
